Our credo, C-P-R stands for Client-Prospect-Recruiter because we view our relationship as a Three-Way-Street as it incorporates the alignment of interests of all parties. C-P-R connects the dots and proposes intelligent recommendations that can easily be implemented. We believe all assignments have the same underlying dynamics, with two sides to consider. While the Client comes first, it must not be at the expense of the Prospect.
